Burn Us

Project BURN US was inspired by the fossil fuels problem that we as a society face in these times. With this project I want to confront people with their own actions, and force people to think about their own part in this ecological disaster we all, as humanity, face. I believe that everybody has a contribution in this tragedy, and we all share the burden of trying to save this planet and the lives it provides for. I wanted to create a tar-like appearance on the text. I created this effect by covering the letters in thick glue and painting them black when the glue was dried. The letters were then placed in front of a gas station.
